Distilling 101 Class


An all-day hands-on course where you will learn how to make whiskey from scratch. You will get both classroom and hands-on experience milling grain, mashing whiskey, fermenting whiskey and of course, distilling whiskey. The course includes a take-home of chemistry & theory, equipment selection & process design and TTB reporting information. Perfect for those thinking about opening a distillery, at-home enthusiasts or just spirit connoisseurs.

Included are 2x bottles of the whiskey you distill that day, and a 2L oak barrel to age your whiskey in.

Coffee & doughnuts are provided in the morning, and lunch is also provided.
